How to apply them and effectively navigate human behaviour

Most people have done personality profiles and they are often useful in theory. However, it’s a common struggle to consistently apply them in real-time when trying to influence others and communicate more effectively when it matters most. In this workshop, we will introduce you to a foundational model that is the missing piece in understanding how to deal with differing personality and behavioural styles, and unlock the potential of human performance. We will crack open the real-world mechanics of human behaviour at work, explore what makes people tick, why they engage or disengage, and how to bring out the best in every personality.
