The Augmented Human Series: Workshop 2.0

Drew Knowles & Dr Simon McKenzie-Nickson

How to think clearly in a world of accelerating input.

You don’t need more data. You need clearer thinking. Here’s how. Once you understand the load you are carrying, the next question is: how do you actually think clearly inside it? Because here is what most people are discovering right now: more information, more tools, more AI. Yet decisions feel harder, not easier. Clarity feels rarer. The ability to focus, think well, and trust your own judgement is harder to access than it used to be. This is not a productivity problem. That is a neuroscience problem.

This workshop goes into how your brain produces signal. What protects it. What destroys it. And how to build the conditions for it consistently, including how to use AI in a way that supports your cognitive performance rather than reframing it.

Small-group setting. Lunch included.
